How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at keith.wagner8@gmail.com and we will help you.

What happens next

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes them within a few business days, though your bank may take longer to show the credit. When a purchase is refunded, the visitor sessions it added are removed from your balance and your page's AI assistant pauses if your balance reaches zero — your page stays readable.
